I'm a self taught artist from Wrexham in North Wales and shareholder in my local preserved railway in Llangollen.
My first exhibition was in 1960 - at a children's art exhibition held by the Royal Cambrian Academy, Conway.
I find inspiration for my work in most subjects but I've had an interest in railways from an early age. Growing up in the 1950/60s I can recall with nostalgia the period leading up to the final years of steam which tend to influence my railway paintings.
I have a strong following for my railway paintings many of which are available to purchase as fine art Giclee prints or 7"x5" cards either direct from myself or from the Guild of Railway Artists Print Shop
